Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • ½ c. chopped onion
  • 1 pkg. ranch dressing mix (1 ounce)
  • ¼ c. Durkee® Taco Seasoning MIx
  • 3 cans diced green chilies (4 ounces each)
  • 12 oz. frozen corn
  • 5 oz. diced tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce (15 ounces)
  • 3 cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained (15 ounces each)
  • 2 ½ c. water

Directions

  1. Brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat in a small stockpot; drain.
  2. Add ranch dressing mix, taco seasoning, green chilies, corn, tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans and water; stir well. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. If desired, garnish with shredded cheese or tortilla chips.
