Garlic and Herb Marinade


  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. corn oil
  • ½ c. lemon juice
  • ¼ c. Durkee® Garlic and Herb Seasoning
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts OR fish fillets OR peeled & deveined shrimp


  1. Combine water, oil, lemon juice and seasoning in a shallow container. Add chicken and marinate, refrigerated, for at least one hour.
  2. Remove chicken; discard marinade. Grill for 16 to 20 minutes over direct heat, turning once, until cooked through. Or, broil or bake as desired.
