  1. Cook pasta to al dente. Drain.
  2. Melt butter in large skillet. Sauté zucchini and peppers for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add cream. Bring to a low boil and cook until sauce has been reduced in half. Pour over pasta, add seasoning and toss gently. Garnish with black pepper. Serve immediately.
