Directions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Combine olive oil and seasoning in a small bowl. 

Place potatoes and onions on a shallow baking pan.  Add oil mixture and toss or stir until well coated. 

Roast for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender and potatoes are lightly browned.
