Hot Brie and Basil Pasta

Directions

Remove rind from cheese and cut into small irregular pieces.  Combine olive oil, basil, garlic, tomatoes, salt and black pepper.  Mix well and let stand for 2 hours at room temperature.

Cook pasta al dente and drain.  Toss hot pasta with brie mixture.  Top with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
