Boil water in a medium sized saucepan; remove from heat and add couscous. Cover; let stand 5 minutes then toss well with a fork.
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, curry powder, garlic salt and crushed red pepper; stir well and let stand 10 minutes.
Combine vegetables, beans and couscous in a large bowl; toss to combine. Pour dressing over salad; mix well. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
