- 1 tbsp. Durkee® Blackened Seasoning
- 1 lb. steak
- Heat a cast iron skillet on high until it turns white. Rub seasoning over surface of steak.
- Melt 1 teaspoon butter in skillet; add steak and top with additional 1 teaspoon butter. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, turn and cook an additional 3 to 4 minutes. Steak should be charred on the outside and medium rare inside.
