Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese and seasoning in a shallow pan. Pour buttermilk into a separate shallow pan.
Dip chicken breasts into buttermilk, then dredge in seasoned breadcrumbs. Place on a sheet tray that has been sprayed wtih vegetable cooking spray.
Bake at 375°F for 25 to 30 minutes, or until chicken is golden brown and interior registers 165F.
