Asian Tastee Kale Slaw

1 pound chopped kale
2 cups edamame, halved pea pods OR green peas
1 cup diced green onions
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup salted peanuts
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 cup Tastee Salad Dressing
1 teaspoon Durkee® Ground Ginger
Combine kale, edamame, onions, carrots, peanuts and cilantro in a large bowl. Mix Tastee and ginger in a small bowl. Pour over salad and toss to mix well. Chill until ready to serve.
Recipe Tip: Substitute broccoli slaw or shredded cabbage for half of the kale for a more slaw-like appearance.
